These preliminary terms describe the intended use of the TUC demonstration environment.
The service
TUC provides modular digital products and functions. Features available in the demonstration environment may change as development progresses.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Demonstration data
The demonstration environment must not be used for real confidential, health, payment or production data unless explicitly authorised and protected by an appropriate agreement.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used unlawfully, to interfere with systems or other users, or to upload content the user is not entitled to process.
User content
Users remain responsible for the data they enter and must ensure that they have the rights and legal basis required to process it.
Availability
A development or demonstration service may be modified, interrupted or reset. Backups, continuity and service levels are not guaranteed unless agreed separately.
Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended to protect security, comply with law, address misuse or maintain the platform.
Changes to these terms
The final terms, operator details, applicable law and effective date will be published before the service is released to the public.
